About attendees:

• We are aiming to attract between 200-300 attendees at the conference this year.
• Roles typically include (list titles here). 
• There is a great balance of decision-makers, managers, and practitioners.
• Be sure to network and collect names! Post-conference, will send you a list of attendees who opted in on the “share my contact info” list.

Time with attendees:

• You have full access to attendees throughout the conference and are welcome to be at your booth or attend sessions at your own discretion.
• Please know that you are responsible for your property at your booth so please do not leave anything unattended that is valuable. 
• We have two breaks dedicated to visiting sponsors and are encouraging attendees to visit sponsors over the lunch hour as well. 

Booth Specs:

• Each booth will have a 6’ table, fully skirted with a black tablecloth that you are welcome to replace.
• You will also have two chairs.
• Booth spaces are in hallways where attendees travel between sessions.
• Diamond and Platinum sponsors are positioned closest to the main ballroom while Gold track sponsors are positioned closest to the track session rooms. We do our best to ensure that all sponsors get the very best visibly.

• MACC volunteers will be ready to greet you by 7:00 a.m. when you can begin set up. We ask that you complete set up by 8:15.
• Our conference closes around 5:15 and we ask that you tear down before or shortly after and join us for happy hour.

Can we purchase additional registrations: Yes! Most sponsorships come with some registrations and some come with additional discounted registrations. Be sure to check on the sponsorship page here and reach out to your main MACC contact to assist you with your registration process. You will not be able to register yourself at no cost.
